After purchasing or minting your Astro Hounds, energy will restore at a rate specific to your hound type. Astro champions require more time to recover but offer more rewards to balance. This is realized in relation to real-world training and fitness - The training intensity requires more recovery. Astro Companion’s Energy Energy will restore at a rate of 20% every 3 hours (Fixed at UTC Time 00:00, 03:00, 06:00, 12:00, 18:00)

Astro Explorer’s Energy Energy will restore at a rate of 20% every 3 hours (Fixed at UTC Time 00:00, 03:00, 06:00, 12:00, 18:00)

Astro Champion’s Energy Energy will restore at a rate of 25% every 6 hours (Fixed at UTC Time 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, 18:00)

You can start your Astro journey immediately after the first energy restoration milestone.
