Biometric Data

The Astro Hounds app integrates the biometric data recorded and stored from the wearable device of the user. Wearable gadgets such as Apple watch, Oura ring, Whoop wrist band, Kore watch, FitBit watch and others, all take a range of biometric data combined measurements that result in the overall tracking of your daily activities. The Astro Hounds app links indirectly via health or other apps on your phone, that link to your wearable devie, or directly to the device itself, and use those measurements to track and reward your activity. The data measurements Astro Hounds app will record are: HRV - heart rate variability - which shows the amount of time between breaths. RHR - Resting heart rate. This measure combines with HRV to show contrast between training or rest moments. GPS tracking - distance moved KCALs burned - calories burned detected via HRV and movement. Sleep scores - hours asleep + sleep cycle (time spent in REM/ NREM).
